Its the early Victorian period and while many people thought the black death was eradicated it returns by infecting the small rodents with its deadly fleas, causing them to become a mindless organism of chaos. You only goal is to infect, find ways to infect and make sure every human you come across succumbs to the illness that has  taken over your mind.
